An increasing number of clients are discovering that they can use our unique equine assisted narrative therapy service as a part of their plan with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Self managed plans and plans administered by a plan manager can both incorporate Horses For Hope delivered services.

The key factor which differentiates Horses For Hope from other animal therapy programs is that participants find themselves helping a horse which has itself experienced trauma in its earlier life. By helping the horse to cope better with human contact participants often discover how they can interact better with those around them.

People administering their own NDIS plan for themselves or a family member should first contact Horses For Hope to discuss their disability and how our therapy may be able to help them to achieve their goals.

If you are a Plan Manager or you use a Plan Manager to source provider services and manage your NDIS budget, Horses For Hope can assist in formulating the part of your plan that makes use of our therapy services.
